Two times a year we review your monthly transaction rate. If your monthly transaction rate goes down, so does your pricing. Conversely, if your monthly transaction rate goes up, so does your pricing. This way your Accounting costs NEVER overburden you and always stay within the same proportion. If you don’t grow, neither do we.
Our customer hours are Monday – Thursday from 9:30am – 4:00pm. Fridays are big project days and are by appointment only.
Yes! One monthly support email each is included in our Core Packages. We do this to keep costs as low as possible and so that you do not pay for extras that you do not use.
If you find this is not enough, we offer an Unlimited Support Add-On that that provides for unlimited emails, phone calls, and meetings. We also do our part by proactively reaching out to our Clients every month and constantly keeping you informed with important deadlines, dates, current happenings, tips and recommendations.
Yes, Xero allows us to automate repetitive data entry and we require a Xero subscription. If you do not have one, you may buy it through us. Having a Xero subscription means you always own your accounting data if you ever leave us your data goes with you.
Not normally. In order to keep our costs as low as absolutely possible we deliver all of our services online. Don’t worry, this is all designed to be simple for our extremely busy Business Owners. You don’t need to know anything about technology beyond using your email.
